Burlington Massage Therapist Charged with Sexual Assault

The Halton Regional Police Service has arrested a massage therapist who was working at a clinic in Burlington. The incident occurred in February 2020 and the victim was a client. Dominic Carrasco (53) of Burlington has been charged with one count of Sexual Assault. Police believe there may be additional victims.
