I have never smoked cannabis, but did experience second hand smoke?

‎It is a controlled substance and should be treated as such.

3. Would you vote for Halton Hills to opt in, or opt out, or wait to opt in of the new legislation?

Until I see the 'rules' we have to work under, I can't speculate of how I will respond to opting in or out. 4. What is your opinion on Cannabis vs. Alcohol? Do you find one substance to be better, more harmful, or equal?

I think since both substances are controlled, they must be treated as equals, especially in regards to driving under the influence with a motor vehicle.
