The Halton Regional Police Service began investigating a missing person incident on April 22, 2018.
On April 28, 2018, officers was able to locate the missing female who was staying in the City of Hamilton.
She was aware that the police had been looking for her, but she was not desirous to return to Burlington and subequently did not contact the police. The police have taken her to a place of safety.
The Halton Regional Police Service would like to thank the public for their concern and assistance in this investigation.
