(TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH-ERAMOSA, ON) - On May 19, 2020 the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a theft occurrence at a business on Alma Street in Rockwood. Investigation revealed that at approximately 10:30 a.m. the suspect entered the business posing as a customer and entered the office area and stole a black IPhone and approximately $1000 in cash from an unlocked safe. Surveillance footage captured the theft. The suspect was last seen fleeing in a Red Mazda 3 Hatchback travelling eastbound on Highway 7. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, mid-late 20's, approximately 6 feet in height, slim build, hair shaved on the side and wearing a black and white hoodie.
