Single Motor Vehicle Collision in Oakville

At approximately 10:43pm on the 20th of November 2022, the Halton Regional Police Service was notified of a motor vehicle collision that had just occurred on Cornwall Road approximately 300m east of Morrison Road in the Town of Oakville. Initial investigation indicated that a 2016 Porsche sport utility vehicle was westbound on Cornwall Road when it left the roadway on the south side. It struck signage and a tree before coming to rest on its roof in a parking lot. The lone driver of the vehicle, a 46 year old woman from Woodbridge, was taken to Hamilton General Hospital with serious injuries but expected to survive. The Collision Reconstruction Unit has taken carriage of the investigation.
