Start your engines! The Downtown Georgetown BIA is proud to bring back the Rock’n Roll’n Classics Car Show, with title sponsor, Georgetown Chevrolet Buick GMC. After a 2-year hiatus, our team is eager to welcome the cars, crowds and music back to our Downtown. Join us on Friday August 26th, from 5:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. The 21st year of the event is expected to bring 180 classic cars from the Roarin’ 1920’s to the 1990’s.
We are excited to present Flathead Ford, to bring some nostalgic tunes to the Downtown. Admission is FREE!
This event is an annual fundraiser for the Georgetown Hospital Volunteer Association. We look forward to collecting funds for this amazing organization with the 50/50 draw.
In collaboration with some car show veterans, the BIA staff have been excited to plan an event that brings together a community of those who have both lived in town for decades and those who are new to town and looking for fun. “We really could not plan these events without the support from our sponsors. We also want to send a huge thank you to our amazing Summer Students, Cam Cherwaiko and Jake Zanth for their hard work on this event, without whom this event would not be possible,” says Events Manager, Bethany Hanman.
Downtown Georgetown is home to many unique shops, restaurants, services and more. “We are so thankful to have the opportunity to share our beautiful Downtown with those attending this event” says Nikki Jackson, BIA Manager. “This is an excellent opportunity to dine and shop at our businesses and admire the cars on display in such a welcoming community atmosphere”.

For classic car owners wishing to bring vehicles, registration is required. To secure your spot, visit https://downtown-georgetown-bia.square.site/ . Those that register in advance will be guaranteed a spot in the event, as limited day-of spots will be available at the check-in location. Check-in will take place in the Norval United Church Parking Lot (14015 Danby Rd) from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. on the day of the event. Cars will be parked and displayed on Main Street South, Mill Street and on other side streets in Downtown Georgetown.
