Trouble With Report Cards?

Have you been having trouble accessing your child's report card? It seems you are not only one.
Both Halton District School Board and Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB) have both notified parents that they are experiencing problems with their "school messenger app". In an email from HCDSB to parents they said...
"Dear Parents and Guardians,
Your child's elementary school report card was scheduled to be emailed to you today (June 24, 2020) at 4:00 p.m. You may have already received it. We have just been notified that our email notification system, SchoolMessenger, is currently DOWN across Canada.
This means that if you try to access/download the report card right now, you may receive a message saying ‘bad gateway' or that the 'document is not accessible'. SchoolMessenger is trying to fix the issue at their end. If you are not able to open your child's report card, please try again later.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Halton Catholic District School Board 802 Drury Lane Burlington, ON L7R 2Y2 comments@hcdsb.org"
Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.
UPdate: The school messenger app seems to be working and parents are able to access their child's report cards.
