Fatal Single Motor Vehicle Collision in Milton

On Feb 5, 2023 Halton Police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Derry Road between Appleby Line and Walkers Line in the Town of Milton. A silver Nissan Rogue had been travelling westbound on Derry Road overnight when it left the roadway, rolled over, and collided with a tree. The driver and sole occupant was pronounced dead at the scene. The Collision Reconstruction Unit has taken carriage of the investigation.
