Police Seek Hit & Run Driver in Milton

Police Seek Hit & Run Driver in Milton Halton Police are asking for help to identify a vehicle and driver involved in a hit-and-run Monday afternoon, Nov 4th 2019. At around 3:10pm, at the intersection of Farmstead Drive and Derry Road in the Town of Milton, an elderly female was struck by a vehicle which then left the scene towards Bronte Street South on Derry Road. The victim's injuries were serious and she has been admitted to hospital. The vehicle is described as a maroon or red 2012-2017 Hyundai Santa Fe SUV with a partial plate of ****124. The driver is described as an older male with short hair and wearing a beige sweater or jacket. If you were in the area of Farmstead Drive and Derry Road at around 3:10pm on Nov 4th 2019 and witnessed anything involving the vehicle or the incident please contact Cst Matthew Farrant at Matthew.Farrant@haltonpolice.ca or at 905 825 4747 ext 7475.
