Robbery at Milton Subway

The Halton Regional Police Service are investigating an armed robbery which occurred on Monday May 3rd, 2021 at approximately 8:45 pm. Police received a call to the Subway restaurant located at 575 Ontario St South, in the Town of Milton for a report of an armed robbery.


A lone male suspect entered the store and confronted the store employee, the suspect displayed a large knife and demanded money. After taking an undetermined amount of cash from the store cash register, the suspect left the store and fled on foot through the plaza parking lot. The store clerk was not injured during the incident and there were no customers in the store at the time of the robbery.

Police conducted a search with canine, investigators attended scene and will be collecting video from the area.


The robbery suspect is described as: male, Caucasian, 20 yrs of age, average height and a thin build. The suspect was dressed in black clothing, notably a `Nike`hoodie and he wore a black face covering.
