Targeted Assault in Halton Hills Leads to Two Arrests

​The Halton Regional Police Service – 1 District Criminal Investigation Bureau has made two arrests in connection to an assault that took place in the Town of Halton Hills. On June 28, 2020 investigators arrested two males for their involvement in a targeted assault that took place on June 27, 2020. The assault left a male victim with minor injuries. The investigation led to the recovery of a replica firearm (Glock) that was used during the incident. As a result of the investigation, the following charges have been laid; Brady Hepburn (21) of Milton

  • Point firearm

  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose

  • Assault

  • Utter threat

  • Fail to comply with release order

Jamie Hilts (20) of Rockwood

  • Pointing a firearm

  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose

Hilts was released from custody pending a court appearance in Milton. Hepburn was held pending a bail hearing.
