The Halton Regional Police Service has arrested three male parties after a stolen vehicle collided with 3 vehicles at the intersection of James Snow Parkway and Derry Road, Milton. On February 25th, 2018 at approximately 7:25 pm police observed a dark colored Nissan Altima driving in the area of Steeles Ave and James Snow Parkway. Police confirmed the vehicle was stolen and began to follow the vehicle. When police attempted to stop the stolen vehicle at Main Street East, the vehicle fled from police southbound on James Snow Parkway. Police initiated a pursuit of the vehicle, the vehicle quickly accelerated and police discontinued their pursuit. The vehicle continued southbound on James Snow Parkway at a high rate of speed and collided with three vehicles at the intersection of Derry Road and James Snow Parkway. The stolen vehicle flipped and landed on its roof. Police arrived onscene a short time later and arrested two suspects at scene, the third male suspect fled the scene but was arrested a distance away. Presently in custody are 1 adult male and 2 young persons. Fortunately no serious injuries occurred to anyone involved. Halton Regional Police Service Collision Reconstruction Unit and the One District Criminal Investigation Bureau are investigating the incident.
