Triple fatality collision at Fourth Line and Britannia Road in Milton At approximately 12:30am on the 19th of June 2021, a serious motor vehicle collision was reported to the Halton Regional Police. This two vehicle collision occurred within the intersection of Fourth Line and Britannia Road in the Town of Milton. Initial investigation indicated that a southbound Cadillac sedan driven by a 28 year old male from Milton collided with an eastbound sport utility vehicle with three occupants. Two of the SUV’s occupants died at the scene while the third succumbed to their injuries during EMS transport to a trauma center. The ages and genders of the deceased persons are not being released at this time pending next of kin notification. The Collision Reconstruction Unit attended and assumed carriage of the investigation. The intersection was closed for approximately 8 hours for the at-scene investigation.
