The 1 District Street Crime Unit has concluded a drug trafficking investigation in Halton Hills. On Tuesday March 17, 2020, two males were arrested and charged with the following offences:
Adrian Haliburton (33) of Brampton
Possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine)
Possession for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl)
Possession for the purpose of trafficking (crack-cocaine)
Trafficking (fentanyl)
Breach Probation
Michael Cain (36) of Georgetown
Possession (fentanyl)
Two search warrants were also executed in Brampton and the following items were located and seized (see attached photo):
26.5 grams cocaine
6.3 grams crack-cocaine
1.3 grams of fentanyl
$5000 in Canadian currency
Both accused have been released from custody pending a court appearance in Milton.
