Police Release Description of Potential Witnesses to Sexual Assault at Milton Park
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is seeking the public’s help in identifying three potential witnesses to the sexual assault that took place on Saturday October 2, 2021, at Raspberry Park in Milton (see original media release below).
Investigators have identified 3 witnesses that were at the park at the time of the assault and may have information about the identity of the suspect. The potential witnesses appear to be between the ages of 13-17.
The witnesses are described as follows:
Witness 1 is a teenage female seen riding a bike (see attached photos). She is described to have white skin with long dark hair and an average build. She was wearing a plaid shirt layered over a blue t-shirt with dark pants and black shoes.
Witness 2 is a teenage male seen with a skateboard (see attached photos). He is described to have brown or black skin with short dark hair and an average build. He was wearing a black ball cap with a Raptors logo and a black t-shirt with what appears to be the Mortal Combat
logo and has a pierced ear.
Witness 3 is a teenage male seen on a bike and also seen holding a skateboard (see attached photos). He is described to have white skin with medium brown hair (possibly wavy/ curly) and a slim build. He was wearing a black t-shirt with khaki shorts and slip on footwear.
The three potential witnesses were observed together and believed to be known to one another. Investigators would be interested in speaking with all of these persons.

Sexual assault is any touching of another person without their consent where the touching is of a sexual nature, or where the sexual integrity of the victim is violated. A sexual assault can range from unwanted touching to sexual assault involving penetration.
There is no statute of limitation when it comes to reporting a sexual assault. This means that no matter how long ago the sexual assault happened, you can still report it to police for investigation.
